Kelly joined Berglund Architects in the fall of 2025, bringing a diverse background in hospitality, administration, and business operations. Her experience has given her a strong understanding of organization, communication, client service, and the many details that keep a business running smoothly.


Born in The Netherlands and raised on the island of Curaçao, Kelly returned to The Netherlands to study Hospitality Management. In 2012, she moved to the Vail Valley for what was intended to be a one-year internship at a luxury hotel in Vail. She quickly fell in love with the area and decided to make the mountains her home.


Kelly’s career has included experience in luxury hospitality, property management, and business administration, with responsibilities spanning finance, human resources, insurance, and overall business operations. This varied background allows her to bring both a service-oriented mindset and a practical, organized approach to her role at Berglund Architects.



Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their two cats. She loves biking, camping, and exploring the mountains, but travel is her greatest passion. Whether discovering a new country or planning the next adventure, she is always looking forward to experiencing somewhere new.
